Since 2000 the challenge has never faded. The company is adjusting its structure and its way of working in order to keep up with market demand.
The ownership has maintained continuity by introducing the new generation - son and daughter - to key roles in top management. Their high qualifications have helped achieve even greater levels of professionalism.
The company has also grown in terms of human resources: the after-sales team has been increased in order to cope with the increased amount of business and numbers of Imaforni lines now running worldwide. The Technical Department and the shop-floor staff have also been increased to cope with the greater number of projects being handled.
In particular, the Technical Department has reviewed the tools utilized to design our equipment: 3-D modelling design software has been introduced to most of the CAD stations, and has improved the efficiency and flexibility of our design work. A laser metal-cutting machine has been introduced into our workshop to improve the quality of our manufacturing.
Since we started our activities, the pursuit of innovation in our range of equipment has been the key factor behind our constant success: innovation has been further advanced with the introduction of a new pilot line for biscuits at our test centre, while the adoption of sophisticated software tools has speeded up our development work.
