Imaforni has at last successfully entered with one of their biscuit lines into HUP SENG PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN (M) SDN. BHD.

After many years of unsuccessful attempts, Imaforni and HUP SENG have decided to merge their technologies in a very ambitious project which involved the supply by Imaforni of a huge biscuits plant and the launch by HUP SENG of a new product for Malaysia and other Asian Countries.
As you probably already know, the HUP SENG Group, which was first quoted on the stock exchange in 2000, is one of the most famous biscuit producers in Malaysia and South East Asia, especially in terms of the quality, volume and distribution of their products. Besides launching a new product, HUP SENG’s main interest was to install a high-capacity multi-purpose line to which they could gradually transfer part of their current production.
Consequently, after visiting some of our references in Europe and South America, they decided to purchase a large capacity line.
In fact in their case the oven itself provides 1.5 x 100 metres useful baking, with a hybrid heating system composed of direct, radiation and convection zones.
This is in order to give the greatest possible versatility to the oven.
The line capacity can achieve up to 4.5 tons of biscuits per hour, depending on the type of product.
The high degree of automation and consequently the efficiency of the plant are vital for this process.
To conclude, we have started a project with HUP SENG which should lead both our companies towards a bright future.
